Specialist training for prosecutors

Indictments in relation to the cases of economic and organized crime have been in the focus of the specialist training for prosecutors held on November 15 and 16, 2017 at Bjelašnica.

This training was a unique opportunity for 26 prosecutors from BiH to obtain additional specialist knowledge in relation to the development of prosecutorial research plan. In addition, this training was a great opportunity for prosecutors for networking and exchange of experiences in relation to the utilization and interpretation of evidences throughout the process of preparation of indictment.

One of lecturers was Stefan Trunk, higher public prosecutor, chief of the Department for Economic Crime, Prosecutor’s Office in Duisburg, Germany.

This specialist training for prosecutors has been co-organized by the USAID Justice Project in BiH and Project “Strengthening Prosecutorial Capacities in the Criminal Justice System” implemented by the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH, the Center for Education of Judges and Prosecutors (CEST) of the Federation of BiH and the CEST of Republika Srpska.
